Pre-Casa
The pre-casa classroom is where children spend most of their time becoming acquainted with the classroom routine, socializing with their peers, and beginning their journey toward Montessori learning. The children will receive the most one-on-one training from their classroom teacher. This allows the classroom teacher to develop a close relationship with the students, which is instrumental in helping the children learn how to maneuver the environment and develop the communication and social skills necessary for future academic success. This will help them become better citizens and better learners in the future.
The pre-casa class is an introduction to the five different areas of the Montessori classroom and prepares the foundation in each of the areas.
